We had a wonderful experience working with Sung to buy our first home! He has been incredibly kind and genuine throughout the entire process and was especially sweet with our toddler who was along for the ride. Sung always went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of and confident in the process as first time home buyers. We especially appreciated the broad search range he covered with us as we narrowed down where we wanted to buy and the insane number of houses we wanted to tour in a very short time. Sung made the process fun and had wonderful insights to give us confidence in our decisions. We are so happy with our first home and how smoothly everything went. If we are looking to buy or sell in the future we would work with Sung again in a heartbeat!

Not only do we have same first name but he has been always the best realtor! In fact I bought 2 homes from him! He never tries to sell or persuade us to get a closing! if you want a someone who u can trust like Peter trusted Jesus to walk on the water, you found ur guy!

Sung did an amazing job working with me to find the perfect place here in Washington! We were working across different time zones and with some very uniquely tricky situations but he made sure to keep on top of things and got everything squared away so I'm happily moved into my new place that is truly perfect for me at this stage of my life.
